Remember: Handmade soap has more natural ingredients than store bought soap. Our soaps are made by a family owned business with great work ethics. The highest quality materials, no “melt and pour” methods. Fresh and dried herbs, ethically bought and produced. Soaps are not cut until you order them, then they’re cured for 2 days, and sent to you! (Curing allows the soap to harden a bit so it will last longer.) Soaps last a long time, lather fantastically and fill your senses with wonderful smells, moisturizes skin. What’s not to love? It’s not too late to get these items before Christmas!

Handmade natural soaps are very soft. (Please note that handmade means just that. There is no “melt and pour” process. There is no glycerin in our soap.)  I freshly cut and cure each piece before shipping. When using handmade soaps, there are a few simple things you can do that will help your bar of soap lasting so you get the best value.

1. Rinse all suds off your bar to allow it to dry properly

2. Place soap in a self draining soap dish so it won’t get mushy

3. Allowing your soap to dry will help it last longer, and allow the smell to stay strong

4. Despite what most think, handmade soaps can be used in the shower.  Just remember to allow them to dry  properly (see #2 )

If you’d like to special order any of the other scents, please send an email to info@begood2motherearth.net. You will get an email price quote back. After your review and approval of the price quote, I will then email you an invoice through google checkouts to pay for your items.

Please realize that because it’s a special order, you must commit to purchasing 3 bars of each scent ordered. For salts, you must order 3 bags (4 oz each) of each bath salt you request.

I have had a stroke of inspiration and am working on new items for Mother Earth’s Market. All items have been carefully thought out, and comply to my standards of Earth Friendly Products:

  First, 100% Cotton Body Poufs

The body poufs bought in the store are made of plastic netting. They’re difficult to keep clean and tend to fall apart after a few uses. Cotton poufs are great because they’re thicker, sturdier. They clean up very nicely and can be thrown in the wash!

I’m creating various sizes: adult and children sizes. Also, masculine and feminine colours. They will be available separately as well as in sets with the fabulous soaps I sell!

  Second Item: Sewn Spell Squares

What are these? They’re little quilted blocks with various symbols for different needs. For example, the protective eye on the hand: this represents protection. This item can be put in a sacred space, hung on the wall, given as a gift or hung in a window.

I’m currently working on Sewn Spells for: Protection, Family, Prosperity, Fertility…. The colours I pick correspond with the desired intention, and mindful sewing is done. Each item is filled with positive prayers and intentions and blessed before shipment. Look for these items soon.
